I used to book Vio Cihampelas for my guests and family cause it used to be a nice hotel, but now I was very surprised how bad this hotel has become: - When I checked in, they did not changed the dirty Pillowcases, Quilt cover sets, and Sheets and they have plenty of stains - Toilet seat was very dirty - The room smells of cigarettes and dirty - Stink and torn towels for the guests, this is not acceptable - Many rooms have no windows I would book red door or maybe OYO hotels which is much better now and even half price
